Tickets are FREE but need to be booked in advance as the event is likely to be over-subscribed.
No tickets are required for entry to the exhibition outside these two times on the 21st July.
NEST has been conceived and delivered by Northern Irish Artists Brian Irvine & John McIlduff. Over the past year a NEST project team have been working with an extensive team of collaborator, collecting objects from members of the public throughout Northern Ireland. Each donator has been asked to fill in a luggage label with some memory, story or history of an object they’ve been invited to donate. Much like an alternative form of census, the collected inventory of objects and stories offers a unique insight into the preoccupations, memories and aspirations of the people of Northern Ireland at a moment in time.
The collected objects, along with live and recorded sonic elements will form an installation at T13 a huge warehouse in the Titanic Quarter of Belfast.
